Cayson Global Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Paratus 365 Mobile Application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular user.
A. Personal Data
When you register as a Security Officer or Employer, we collect:
- Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, and gender.
- Contact Data: Email address and phone number.
- Professional Data: SIA License details, Right to Work documents, and employment history.
- Financial Data: Bank details (for worker payouts) and credit card info (via Stripe for employer payments).
B. Sensitive Permissions & Sensors
To provide our core security services, the App requires access to:
- Precise Location: We collect precise location data to verify your presence at a job site (Geofencing) and to show you nearby job opportunities. This data is collected in the foreground when you are performing a “Check-in” or “Check-out” action.
- Camera: We use the camera to capture “Selfie” and “Site Photos” as proof of work.
- Photos and Media: We access the media library only to allow you to upload your professional certifications/ID and to save proof-of-work images to your gallery.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Job Matching: To connect Security Officers with relevant local shifts.
- Verification: To ensure all officers hold valid SIA licenses and legal right-to-work status.
- Proof of Presence: To provide Employers with geolocated and time-stamped evidence that a shift was attended.
- Payment Processing: To facilitate secure payments between Employers and Workers.
- Notifications: To send real-time alerts about new jobs or shift changes.
3. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Employers: Workers’ names, profiles, and proof-of-work photos are shared with the employer who posted the job.
- Stripe: To process payments securely. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.
- Azure Cloud Storage: To securely store your profile photos and verification documents.
- Expo/Google/Apple: To deliver push notifications.
4. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, please see the “Account Deletion” section below.
5. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA DELETION
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Account Deletion: You can request account deletion at any time through the Settings menu within the App or by emailing info@paratus365.com.
- Effect of Deletion: Upon deletion, we will remove your personal identity data from our active databases, except where we are legally required to retain transaction records for tax or audit purposes.
6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
