When do I get paid?
You receive instant payment directly into your wallet within the app as soon as the job is marked completed.
Can I choose which jobs I want to accept?
Yes. You have full control over the jobs you take, whether same-day or scheduled in advance.
How do I prove I’ve started a job?
At the start of a shift, you’ll be required to upload a photo of your uniform (if provided by the customer), SIA badge, and proof of ID through the app.
How do I confirm if I am safe during the job?
Every hour, you need to confirm your safety during the job, by uploading site location.
Direct feedback and ratings from the customers
After the completion of the job you will direct feedback about the job on the app.
