Send Request to Officer
Send a job request directly through the app, including all the details—location, time, and job type. Officers will receive your request in real-time and can confirm the request.
Review Booking
After your request is accepted, review the booking details and officer profile. You can message the officer securely through the app and make adjustments if needed before the job begins.
Payment
All payments are handled securely in-app. You’ll be charged once the job is confirmed, and funds are held until the officer completes the shift, ensuring peace of mind for both parties.
Confirmed
Once the job is successfully completed, you'll receive a notification. You can then leave a review and rating based on your experience to help others in the community.
